The List of Selected candidates is divided per Target Group, you will not find names and surnames for privacy reasons. You will find the UID number of your application. In the case you forgot your UID, please first of all double check the e-mails received from the Application Platform.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN SELECTED
You will receive a nomination e-mail. Please confirm the acceptance of the scholarship by e-mail within 10 days of the date of the nomination e-mail. If you don't respond within 10 days, the scholarship may be offered to another candidate. In case of acceptance you are requested to sign the Student Agreement/Staff Exchange Agreement.
The nomination letter includes the details of your scholarship and the e-mail address of your SUNBEAM Contact Person at the host university. Please contact them about your study programme/ activities, start and end date of your mobility, admission requirements, any additional documents required, services, practical information.
Your travel and insurance will be arranged by the SUNBEAM Team.
Before your arrival at the host university, you need to verify your Learning Agreement/ Work Plan and have it signed by the appropriate persons at the host and home university (this is mandatory only for exchange programmes, not for full degree programmes). This will ensure transfer of credits /skills/ qualifications and recognition in your home country.
Nominees for full degree programmes need to follow the procedures of the host university.
IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN SELECTED
If you do not find your UID in the list of Selected candidates and you have not been formally rejected by means of an official Rejection Notification, then you are in a Reserve List.
As a general reference, Reserve Lists will be used only in the case a candidate currently selected will renounce to our scholarship offer or in the case a candidate selected under condition will not be confirmed.
Provisions for the processing of personal data
Candidates/Applicants must be informed that if they are selected (proposed for a scholarship/fellowship, put on the reserve list or enrolled on a self-paying basis) their data may be used for the purposes of evaluating the programmes, efficiently manage the projects, and producing statistics. Data could be made available to the EACEA, the European Commission, the European External Action Service staff, as well as to other stakeholders of the Erasmus+ programme, such as Erasmus+ National Agencies, National Erasmus+ Offices and the Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association.
